In my practice, I combine chiropractic care with a lifestyle approach that supports your whole self. Whether it’s through mindful movement, daily walks, nourishing meals, or sharing a good laugh, my goal is to help you feel aligned—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
When I’m not adjusting spines, you’ll find me on the yoga mat, strolling under the sun, sitting in stillness, or whipping up something colorful in the kitchen. Oh—and probably laughing at my own jokes (someone has to, right? 😄).
